Who we are
This website is operated by [confirm: registered company name], company number [confirm: company number], registered office [confirm: registered office address]. You can contact us at [confirm: contact email].
About these terms
By placing an order you agree to these terms. Nothing in them affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Our products and prices
We sell physical exercise bikes and related products. Images and descriptions are for guidance. All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT. [confirm: your wording for pricing errors and product variations].
How the contract is formed
When you place an order you will receive an acknowledgement. This is not acceptance. A contract is formed only when we send you an order or dispatch confirmation. If we cannot accept your order, we will tell you and refund any payment taken.
Payment
We take payment through our payment providers, including Klarna and Clearpay where offered (see our finance options). Your card details are handled by those providers, not stored by us.
Delivery
We deliver as described on our delivery page. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered.
Your right to cancel
As a consumer buying online, you have a 14 day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Our returns and refunds page explains how to cancel and how refunds are made.
Faulty or misdescribed goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If they are not, you have the right to a repair, replacement or refund. Our 2 year warranty is in addition to these legal rights and does not replace them.
Our liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. [confirm: your liability wording, checked by a solicitor].
Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control. If this happens, we will contact you and do what we reasonably can to reduce the delay.
Complaints and contact
If something goes wrong, please get in touch and we will try to put it right.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one in force on the date you order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of [confirm: England and Wales, or your jurisdiction], and any disputes are subject to the courts of [confirm: your jurisdiction].
