Changed your mind? Under UK consumer law you have a 14 day right to cancel. Here is how returns and refunds work with us, in plain English.
Your 14 day right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your bike, for any reason. After telling us, you then have a further 14 days to send it back.
- 14 days from delivery to let us know you want to cancel.
- A further 14 days to return the bike to us.

How to start a return
To begin, get in touch with our support team with your order number. We will confirm the return address and the next steps. We pay the return postage.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned bike, we will issue your refund within 14 days, to your original payment method. Return postage costs us, not you. [confirm: any deduction for a reduction in value]
Faulty or damaged bikes
If your bike arrives faulty or damaged, your rights are separate from the 14 day cancellation window. Contact us and we will put it right. Longer term, your two year warranty cover also applies.
