Delivery
Is delivery really free?
Yes. Delivery is free to mainland UK addresses on every exercise bike.
How is the bike delivered?
A tracked courier brings it to your door. Your bike arrives part-assembled, with the tools you need and clear instructions in the box.
Finance
Can I pay monthly?
Yes. You can spread the cost with Klarna or Clearpay at the checkout, interest-free and subject to status.
Does finance cost extra?
Klarna and Clearpay instalments are interest-free. Your agreement is with the provider and subject to their terms.
Assembly
Do I have to build the bike myself?
Yes, but only part of it. Your bike arrives part-assembled with the tools in the box, so the pedals, seat, handlebars and console attach at home. Clear instructions are included, and you do not need any special skills or extra tools.
What tools do I need to assemble it?
None of your own. The tools you need are supplied in the box, along with step by step instructions.
Warranty
What warranty do I get?
Every bike comes with a 2 year warranty covering parts and labour.
How do I make a claim?
Contact our support team with your order number and a description of the issue, and we will help put it right.
Returns
Can I change my mind?
Yes. You have a 14 day right to cancel under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, on top of your rights for faulty goods.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your returned bike, we aim to refund you within 14 days, to your original payment method.
